How do I create an account?
Download SoulSync from the App Store or Google Play, then sign up using your email, Google, or Apple account. Complete your profile and personality assessments to get started.
Are the personality tests free?
Yes! Basic personality tests (MBTI, EQ, Autism Quotient, IQ) are free with summary results. Premium subscription unlocks the Soul Spectrum assessment and full detailed analysis results for all tests.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can manage your subscription through your device app store settings. Go to Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions on iOS, or Google Play Store → Subscriptions on Android.
How do I delete my account?
To delete your account, go to Settings in the app → Account → Delete Account. You can also email us at soul-sync@xponend.com for assistance.
How accurate are the personality assessments?
Our assessments are based on validated psychological frameworks including Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), emotional intelligence research, and strength-based psychology. Our matching is a similarity guide, and we keep refining it based on your feedback.
